Instant Rejection Mistakes

1. File Name

Never send "Resume.pdf". Use FirstName_LastName_Resume.pdf

2. Word Format

Always PDF. Word gets misaligned and looks unprofessional.

3. Generic Greeting

Research the recruiter's name on LinkedIn. Use "Hi [Company] Team" if unsure.
